WISHES

If you make your wishes with birthday candles,
You’ll get one wish this year.
If you wish upon a falling star,
You must wait for one to appear.
If you make your wishes with dandelions,
You might search and search all day.
If you buy your wishes in wells or fountains,
How much are you willing to pay?
If your wishes come from leprechauns,
You must catch one with great speed.
But if you get your wishes
From breaking mother’s dishes,
Then you’ll have all the wishes you need.
